The Apartments at 1641 Park Avenue have been completely refurbished.  Some of the upgrades include:

New Windows, New Doors, New Cabinets, New Counter Tops, Porcelain Tile, Tubs, Showers, Fixtures, Switches, Plugs, Lighting, Wiring, Decking, Staircase, and Landscaping.........just to name a few!

There were 47 plus people that worked on the project.  Electricians, Carpenters, Cabinet Makers, Roofers, Laborers etc.  The custom made cabinetry was handcrafted in a local shop and installed by my brother Mike who flew in from Reno to ply his craft.   The extensive use of porcelain tile with the Brazilian Granite accents took 6 weeks to be cut and installed.

I couldn't have done this project without the help from my main man - Marcos - who tirelessly worked until the day the project was habitable - then promptly went on a well deserved vacation!
